How IT Works

Choose Your Canvas: Select the piece you’d like us to create (Mug, Plate, Bowl, or the "Artist's Choice"), and place your order.

Send Us the Art: Share clear photos of the drawing using the form below, or simply messaging us by clicking the icon on the lower right corner of our site.

The 24-Hour Preview: Within 2 business days of receiving your art, we will email you a digital Pencil Proof. You will have 24 hours to review the design.

  • Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the sketch, we offer a full refund at this stage. Once you approve the sketch and we move to the kiln, the order becomes final.

Hand-Built & Fired: We spend 5–7 business days hand-building, painting, and firing your ceramic in small batches.
