Each Keepsake Studio piece is a one-of-a-kind ceramic heirloom, handcrafted from your child’s original drawing.

Because every piece is individually sculpted, glazed, and kiln-fired by hand, please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be carefully created and prepared for shipment.

We proudly collaborate with a global network of artisanal studios and skilled handcraft artists, ensuring each Little Lines heirloom is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Items from our Gallery Series are pre-crafted ceramic pieces created by our artists.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. During this time, our team carefully:

• Performs a final quality inspection
  
• Prepares protective ceramic-safe packaging
  
• Ensures the piece is securely packed for safe delivery
  

After processing, your order will be shipped with tracking information.

Ceramics are delicate, and we take great care in our heirloom-safe packaging to protect every piece during transit.

If your piece arrives damaged:

Please record a brief unboxing video showing the condition of the package and item upon arrival.

Our Promise

If your item arrives broken, we will offer your choice of:

Exclusions

Breakage caused by handling or accidents after successful delivery does not qualify for refund or replacement.

Because each Keepsake Studio piece is a custom, one-of-one commission created from your child’s artwork, we do not accept returns based on design preference.

Our artists carefully interpret every drawing while honoring the original lines and spirit of the artwork.

If your item arrives with a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly make it right.

Due to the personalized nature of our work, orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, before our artists begin the design translation process.
